Craig who served us on Thursday 22nd was a lovely friendly & efficient guy & in the ensuing banter, a daughter of mine, Ciara, discovered that your chef, Martin Byrne is also an Niall Mellon veteran & on Friday, 23rd Craig introduced the two of them & they will probably meet in South Africa again next November.
