Nothing was too much trouble, staff were very helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to stay there again

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Brandon House Hotel, staff & food were excellent, the one fault we found with the hotel was the heating it never came on fully in our room, we did phone reception about it to be told they were having problems with a new heating system. We definitely return to the Brandon House, keep up the good work.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The food was lovely & the leisure centre was good.On our second day someone checked in beside us and the lack of sound insulation between the rooms was very obvious. I asked to be moved to another room and reception was very obliging but I think if you had been full that night we would have checked out early.

Very clean, great service eg I asked for an Ice bucket and two glasses to be put in the bedroom for when I arrived in one hours time and that was done without a problem. The sheets were so lovely and fresh and smelled great and the Spa was amazing with lovely aromas when you walk in and a total feeling of luxery.Highly recommend this hotel. The lesiure is also one of the best I have been in and also very clean.
