A wonderful place to stay espcially for a nice relaxin break tough there is so much to do if u want a lively stay!!!The staff couldn't do enough & the food in bar & restaurant is delicious & the desserts are to die for:-)

Found it really hard to find any faults with this hotel and we both had a lovely time thank you, receptionist on duty at check in was exceptionally nice

The rooms (we were in 307) need sound proofing. Every small noise could be heard in the room next door even though the occupants were not overly noisy. The room had a fixed iron/ironing board but these were not fit for purpose - the iron had no steam functionality (not good if you have a linen shirt to iron) and the board area was too small with insufficient light or room to iron a shirt. The ability to request a steam iron/board would be preferable to this in-room solution.
