We were left waiting for a bar food order for over an hour - at the time we were extremly annoyed. We were offered complimentry drinks after half an hour which we didn't accept because we weren't causing a fuss just wanted our meal. When we did evetually receive our order it was lovely and even better when we went to pay the staff said our wait was unacceptable and we would not be charged. This level of customer service certainly changed our negative experience into a more positive one. The staff are polite, helpful and certainly made our stay. Lesiure Centre staff are especially good with the children.
