Excellent service from your staff , from been greeted on check in to the cleaning staff been very friendly, the staff in the bar were excellent especially the boy that is heading back to college this week ( sorry forgot his name) he was excellent.

I had a good experience in this hotel, in a so small city we could enjoy all the comfort of the bedrooms and appreciate the breakfast which was full of options on help yourself and more options on request complementary, that was really satisfying. Good options of leisure with good size gym and a swimming pool with some attachments has little waterfalls, jacuzzi resting watery area and sauna, everything working in this covid times which didn't let us down. Resuming, was a wonderful experience, nothing to complain in this one.

Leisure center was a pleasure. Spotless and lots of features to enjoy. Water grotto something different. Staff very pleasant. Highly recommend a visit.

Had a wonderful weekend away, the staff were consistantly friendly across all areas. Very happy with the size of our room plenty of space. Food was delicious! Our only issue was breakfast on our second morning took 30 mins to come out after we ordered compared to 5 mins the previous morning, understandably it was busy but no busier than the morning before. However we will definitely be back!!
