Very pleasant comfortable stay. Staff very helpful with minor problem on door lock. Only comment, it would have been nice to alter room temperature easily- a bit too warm for me. Will certainly stay again next time across.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful great food and service, highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff was brilliant, the hotel was spotless and cosy, the room was amazing, all staff was so friendly and down to earth, I couldn't leave any staff out because they were all brilliant nothing was a problem, food was an amazing 12/10, we've stayed in alot of major hotel's and my partner said " The Brandon House" was definitely one of her favourites and we'll definitely be back :))

Absolutely fantastic service as always - great food and great value break. Throughly enjoyed the spa aswel!
