Stayed many times in fact I got married there almost 4 years ago. Hadn't stayed in past couple of years so was hoping it hadn't changed and it hasn't. Everyone so lovely. Girl in spa who did my treatment was brilliant. Natasha on reception was so helpful and nice. She helped my pregnant friend bring her bags to car in the rain. Still a great hotel. Can't wait to be back.

Very happy with our stay

This was my 3rd stay at the Brandon, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Accommodation clean and comfortable, excellent housekeeping. Food is average. young waitresses at breakfast look like they don't want to be there they need to smile but i'd put this down to young workers, other then that my overall experience is excellent. Will definitely return and recommend the Brandon to others.

Brandon house hotel is like home from home. Any staff member will go over and aboard to make your stay comfortable. They all have a smile on their face and a lovely warm welcome for you when you arrive. The Sola's Croi Spa is outstanding. Lyn (manager) will do everything possible to accomodate your requirements and will always welcome you back with open arms. We go away as a family and just hubby and myself on different times throughout the year and staff always remember us. Definitely 10 0ut of 10.
