Service very slow in restaurant (due I think to kitchen rather than waiting staff) although the evening we dined there was very quiet. We have stayed & dined numerous times in the hotel in the past but on this occasion we found the menu quite gourmet & catered towards the more discerning diners. We found the bar menu more down to earth & varied.

Lovely hotel. Even though it was busy,it didnt seem crazy. Spa was great too

Absolutely fabulous hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. We love coming back here on our spa trips. Highly recommend The Brandon House.

We arrived and the reception area was busy with a wedding reception but we were checked in straight away. We had a fantastic time from start to finish all the staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and we have no hesitation about returning again very soon.
