Fantastic weekend at the Brandon , such lovely friendly staff , rooms spotless and cleaned every day .From the receptionist to the bar and cleaning staff and all the young servers , excellent . Bar food delicious , good portions and tasty . Five * all round

Not our first time to Brandon House Hotel. Reception staff outstanding as always. Housekeeping very thorough and helpful. Leisure centre staff professional and courteous as always. Food in bar and restaurant very tasty. Offerings for breakfast basic. Our kids missed the pancake machine from last visit. Understand Covid might play a part here. The packet cold pancakes not to our liking. That is a very minor detail in what was a brilliant break away for our family. Thank you to the Brandon House team for all your hard work onaking our first break since Covid outbreak so enkoyable

What a lovely place, we had an amazing relaxing time for my father-in-laws 80th birthday - food was delicious and very reasonably priced - all the staff were amazing and couldn’t have looked after us any better - and a special thank you to Dylan who helped us out when our key card got wiped and we were locked out of our room - he went above and beyond to get it working and us back in our room - thank you - a real gem of a place, we will definitely be back!
