Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions of Reservation

We know that plans can change, feel free to contact us by phone on 051 421703 or by email at info@brandonhousehotel.ie at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your booking without charge.

Your card details are taken to guarantee your booking only. However, in the event of late cancellation or non-arrival your credit/debit card will be charged for one night's accommodation for each room reserved.

Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates
For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g. champagne on arrival or extra meals) is charged in full at time of reservation.
