AIMS Choral Festival, now in its 28th year, commences with three junior choirs and five solo competitions with an upper age limit of 19. Saturday morning begins with a workshop followed by a Gala concert that night. On the final day, the adult competitions for choirs, barbershops and musical societies are held. Also the AIMS nominations for musical shows nationwide are announced.

There is a wonderful atmosphere in New Ross over the weekend - hotels, pubs and restaurants are busy and plenty of song and laughter can be heard. Don't forget to enter these dates in your diary for the AIMS Choral Festival 2012!
